About this role

Working with the director of pharmacy the Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for the pharmacy operations at Mount Auburn Hospital. This person assists the Director of Pharmacy with the interviewing, hiring, orientation, disciplining and ongoing training of all pharmacy staff as well as maintaining a state of regulatory preparedness required by Joint Commission, the Board of Pharmacy and other regulatory and accreditation agencies. The Pharmacy Operations Manager oversees the day to day operations to assure best practices, quality standards, regulatory requirements and Mount Auburn Hospital policies and Procedures are followed.…
