The Transplant Practice Specialist provides support to the multi-disciplinary clinical team by managing the patient appointment schedule, triaging clinical management, and answering the main phone line. Serves as a primary point of contact for patients and provides excellent customer service through clear communication. The Heart Transplant and LVAD Programs includes social work, pharmacy, nursing, and physician involvement for the care of all patients.
