About this role
The function of the Risk Shift Leader is to handle risk queries raised by any internal or external parties. The aim is to provide an experienced and hands on approach to Risk analyst escalations and functions whilst also offering an outstanding customer service experience by putting the customer first in every action and facilitate internal communications to relevant parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that internal procedures are up to date in accordance with any changes.
Ensure that the Bonus Abuse T&C’s are adequate in relation to the current bonuses available to enable Bonus Abuse to be stopped when detected and mitigate forms of Bonus Abuse from manifesting.…
