Job Title Youth Gardens Educator - C Pay Rate Min to Mid Range $40,872.00 - $49,050.00 Time Type Full time Summary Under general direction, is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating gardening-based curriculum both in the classroom and community-based organizations while coordinating volunteer assistance. Description Duties and Responsibilities: Conducts curriculum enrichment in schools and community-based organizations related to gardening and nutrition. Uses approved curricula and identifies teaching strategies that promote Earth Kind gardening techniques among program participants. Facilitates and collects pre and post surveys to evaluate and interpret program efficacy. Recruits, trains and supports educators and volunteers to strengthen programming efforts.…
