This professional is responsible to support and guide the ongoing maintenance and support the capital improvement process for all the hotels in the Hospitality Group of the B.F. Saul Company, and to directly lead the on going maintenance and capital improvement process for the Embassy Suites Dulles. This individual has a creative vision, entrepreneurial thinking, and a breadth of knowledge of a wide range of hospitality assets and building systems, and a strong background in maintaining MEP systems. He/She is process and detail driven to obtain results that exceed expectations of our guests, hotel teams and senior management. A focus on fiscal responsibility is also expected.…
