This position supervises the overnight shift, approximately 11:00 pm - 7:30 am. Essential Duties : Supervise maintenance and capital projects at the Ankeny Plant. Staff, schedule the maintenance department as appropriate, and ensure its effectiveness through training. Maintain a positive labor relations environment with subordinate personnel. Analyze production processes and methods. Recommend and implement changes and new programs that improve costs. Provide monthly summaries to the management of maintenance performance and capital project updates.…
