The Production Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight, planning, and coordination of all manufacturing production team members and their activities. This person directs the work activity for the production operators while complying with all safety, environmental, & food safety requirements. Essential Duties: Ensure safety & food safety guidelines are followed and made the top priority. Coordinate the manpower to meet production demands. Oversee line production, material handlers, drivers, shipping and receiving departments. Maintain a working relationship with the union by following the terms and collective bargaining agreement.
