About this role

CapitalBox, part of the international FinTech group Multitude, provides fast and flexible financing to SMEs across Europe. We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded sales professional to join our Lithuanian team and help local businesses access the financing they need to grow. As a Loan Officer in our company, you will work directly with SME owners and decision-makers, understand their needs, recommend suitable financing solutions and support them from the first conversation through approval and funding. What you will do: Understand clients’ businesses and financing needs in cooperation with our Direct Sales team. Recommend suitable solutions from the CapitalBox product portfolio.
