About the project Bhawana is a greenfield build — You will help design and ship the Bhawana Loan Management System (LMS), the central platform Bhawana Capital uses to manage loans originated through Lending Service Providers (LSPs) in India. The stack spans partner APIs, an internal operations UI, LSP self-service screens, automated underwriting, disbursement, EMI servicing, and regulatory reporting. The team is small, senior, and moves fast. We work in a spec-first, AI-augmented way: specifications are authored with AI assistance (Spec Kit), code is written and reviewed with AI copilots in the loop, and we expect every developer to use these tools fluently to raise their throughput and quality — not replace their judgement.…
