Summary Job Description: Charge Nurse , 3F Part-time, days About the Unit: 3F is a 24-bed Telemetry unit. This unit supports our comprehensive stroke program. Specializing in the care of Neurology, Neurosurgery, TIA, and CVA. This unit also serves as an overflow for orthopedic patients. The patient population is transferred from ICU, ED, and PACU. Charge Nurse provides shift leadership and coordinates staff workflow to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care. Supports clinical operations, addresses patient care concerns, and provides direct nursing care, including assessments, treatments, care coordination, education, admissions, transfers, and discharges.…
