Baptist Health Floyd, Emergency Department Full-Time (36 hours/week), Mid- shift (11am-11pm), Every 4th Weekend Benefit Eligible Job Duties: In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient. The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. About the Unit: The Emergency Department (ED) has 41 beds divided between two pods with 37 private rooms. A split-flow area is located near main triage and provides care to lower acuity patients. Split flow varies from 5-8 patients and is run by 1-2 nurses and a mid-level provider.…
