Summary Job Description: Nursing Assistant Float Pool Full-Time, Days The Staffing Office plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal allocation of nursing and support staff across all departments. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other licensed care team member, provides direct patient care and related support by performing selected nursing procedures and routine duties to assist medical and nursing personnel in the examination, treatment, and care of patients. Job Description: Provides direct patient care, including hygiene, toileting, feeding, positioning, and mobility assistance . Assists with patient transfers, admissions, discharges, and ambulation.
