Summary Job Description: Nursing Assistant, Surgical-Telemetry/Ortho, 3GH Location : Baptist Health, Lexington Schedule : Full-time, 3 rd Shift, 7p-7a Unit Description: 3G/H is a 37-bed telemetry/medical-surgical unit specializing in orthopedic, neuro, and spine patients. The unit also serves as a secondary stroke unit and cares for general cardiac and telemetry patients. Patients are admitted from PACU, ED, interventional areas, and direct admissions from physician offices.
