Summary Job Description: Full Time 40 weekly hours, day shift Job Summary: The Nurse Navigator functions within the multidisciplinary team as an advocate, educator, and counselor for referred oncology patients with selected diagnoses, with an emphasis on patients diagnosed with rectal cancer. The Navigator is responsible for ensuring all patients referred with a cancer related diagnosis or suspicious finding receive effective and comprehensive services.
