Summary Job Description: Physical Therapist , In-patient Full-Time, Days Physical Therapy Baptist Health Rehab Services provides a full range of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for all ages. Our therapists and assistants are trained in treating neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, lymphedema, pediatrics, industrial medicine, swallowing, and speech and language disorders. The staff physical therapist shall evaluate and treat patients, develop a treatment plan, and set goals for patients. Patient and family education is included in the treatment plan and goals. The PT will complete documentation according to applicable national and state regulations as well as hospital and departmental policies.…
