Summary Job Description: BHMG Behavioral Health 2530 Sir Barton Way (Hamburg Area) Lexington, KY Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operations and supervision of the practice, including objective measures in a “balanced scorecard” approach. Schedules physician and staff personnel and manages leave requests Make recommendations regarding equipment and supplies needed to maintain efficient operations; order supplies and equipment as needed. Prepare and submit an annual budget Work with Marketing and Public Relations as needed to enhance public image of the clinic.
