Summary Job Description: Job Description Registered Nurse – Stroke and Neurology unit, Telemetry (3F) Location: Baptist Health Lexington Schedule: Full-time | First Shift | 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week About 3F: This unit is a 24- bed Telemetry unit that supports our comprehensive stroke program. It specializes in the care of Neurology, Neurosurgery, TIA, and CVA. This unit also serves as an overflow for orthopedic patients. The patient population is transferred from ICU, ED, and PACU. Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers compassionate, evidence-based care designed to support healing and wellness.
