Summary Job Description: Registered Nurse - Surgical-Telemetry /Orthopedic-Neuro-Spine unit. (3GH) Location: Baptist Health Lexington Schedule: Full-time | 3rd Shift (Nights) | 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week About 3GH: This unit is a 37-bed telemetry/medical surgical unit specializing in but not limited to orthopedic/neuro/spine patients. The unit serves as a secondary stroke unit as well as general cardiac/telemetry patients. The patients are transferred from PACU, ED, interventional areas, and direct admissions from MD offices.
