POSITION OVERVIEW
Bicara Therapeutics is seeking a Program Manager to provide program and project management expertise and operational leadership to the team. The role is highly cross-functional with key interactions with preclinical, clinical, medical, regulatory, and finance. The Program Manager will assist in developing project plans and budgets, identify critical path activities, and manage risks in conjunction with working teams.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and understand the drug development process. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity. The role will report to the Associate Director, Program Management.…
