About this role

Control Room Team Leader Stockport | £28,850 per annum | Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm A quick look at the role The key function of this role is to support the day to day operation of the control room, ensuring that the team all aware of the importance they have in service delivery. As part of this they will undertake regular reviews of the outputs of the control room operators. The role holder will be required to implement systems to ensure that performance targets are met and the operators work is at the required standard. Ability to manage the workload taking into account the varying requirements of the service delivery and ensuring that the team are all fully aware of these changes/ timing requirements.…
