Loyalty Team Executive Location: Barlborough, S43 4XA Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: Upto £25,174 & Competitive Bonus Scheme Are you resilient, with great communication skills? We are looking for a Loyalty Team Executive to improve customer retention within Biffa, this will be a reactive role handling customer contract termination requests whilst proactively identifying customers require assistance. Working alongside various Biffa departments identifying areas of improvement for the business in order to retain more customers.
