About this role

Help us make a difference as a Shift Leader. Hours: 40.25 hours per week, working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. Shift Pattern: Week 1: 07:00 – 19:00 (Days) Week 2: 19:00 – 07:00 (Nights) Salary: £42,110 per annum. A quick look at the role. The Shift Leader will efficiently organise and supervise the operation of the PRF (Plastics Recycling Facility) which will be a 24/7 operation (4 days on/off alternating 12 hour day and night 7:00 - 7:00), ensuring health & safety and environmental compliance, whilst showing continuous improvement in productivity, plant availability and the requirements of sub-products (Glass Cans Plastics ) produced in accordance with the site licences.
