Job Description The Gate House Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for sales, providing exceptional guest service, and accurately operating the cash register. This includes assisting guests with their selections, checking inventory locations for guests, up-selling and cross-selling, and increasing revenue. Other responsibilities include opening and closing the shops, performing assigned side work, restocking merchandise, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the shops.
