About this role

Dafür brauchen wir Dich: Verantwortung für die Bauleitung vor Ort – am EDV-Arbeitsplatz im Bürocontainer oder direkt auf der Baustelle. Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung und allen Beteiligten (Eigenpersonal, Bauherr, Subunternehmer). Koordination und Überwachung der Baustellenarbeiten unter Einhaltung technischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Vorgaben. Steuerung der Materialwirtschaft, Einhaltung des Projektzeitplans sowie Qualitäts- und Budgetkontrolle. Leitung von Baubesprechungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bauablaufs. Rückmeldung von Baustellenerkenntnissen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung interner Prozesse. Mitverantwortung für Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzmaßnahmen. Erstellung und Pflege bautechnischer Dokumentationen (Pläne, Berichte, Bautagebücher).…
