About this role

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is seeking an experienced Practice Development Manager for our client, a fast-growing digital eye care platform that supports thousands of optometry practices nationwide. The platform’s marketplace brings doctor-curated retail products (readers, sunglasses, OTC items and more) directly into the practice. In this role, you will own marketplace performance across a growing territory of practices. You will get practices live on the platform, train doctors and staff, and change how practices sell. This is a revenue-driven role at its core, built on change management. Software adoption succeeds or fails at the front desk, and your job is to make sure it succeeds.…
