Transactions Tax Manager About this opportunity Are you a corporate tax professional who enjoys the advisory and commercial side of tax and wants to develop your career working on transactions? We are looking for a Transactions Tax Advisory Manager to join our growing specialist Transactions Tax team. You don't necessarily need to have spent your whole career in a dedicated Transactions Tax team though that would be an advantage. You could also be an experienced Corporate Tax Manager who has had exposure to advisory and transaction work and would now like to specialise further. This is an opportunity to build a genuine specialism in transactions tax, working across the full transaction lifecycle, from initial planning and structuring through to completion and post-deal implementation.…
