The company is a vertically integrated commercial real estate owner and operator with a diverse portfolio of office, flex/R&D, and retail properties. With an in-house approach to ownership, management, and leasing, the team takes a hands-on approach to maximizing asset performance, building tenant relationships, and creating long-term value across its portfolio.
