About this role

Das ist dein Job Deine Aufgaben Du übernimmst die bautechnische Verantwortung rund um den Ausbau, Umbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktions- und Logistikstandorte. Planung & Standortentwicklung Du entwickelst bauliche Lösungen für Neu-, Um- und Erweiterungsmaßnahmen an unseren Standorten. Du prüfst die bauliche Machbarkeit neuer Anforderungen und entwickelst daraus konkrete Umsetzungskonzepte. Du erstellst und bearbeitest selbstständig Grundrisse, Lagepläne, Skizzen und technische Zeichnungen. Du bewertest bestehende Gebäude und Flächen hinsichtlich möglicher Umbauten, Erweiterungen und Nutzungsänderungen. Du bringst technische, wirtschaftliche und genehmigungsrechtliche Anforderungen zusammen und entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen.…
