The LTL Customer Service Assistant (CSA) plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day coordination of freight movement within an assigned region. Responsibilities include customer communication, appointment scheduling, shipment tracing, order entry, and administrative support. Working closely with customers and internal teams, the CSA helps ensure freight is managed efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service. Specific Responsibilities include: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status, delays, returns, OS&D, and delivery appointments.
