Job Title: Carrier Operations Specialist Internal Title: Fleet Manager - Fleet Management Program (FM FMP) The Carrier Operations Specialist is responsible for the overall productivity, performance, and satisfaction of their assigned carriers. This will be accomplished through ongoing review of key performance indicators, followed by active participation in strategies to positively affect results. The Specialist is expected to address issues that go beyond the scope of regular daily activity.
