About this role
The Fleet Coordinator (FC) is responsible for the overall performance of their respective drivers and dispatch team . The FC will accomplish this through training; development and supervision to ensure that Bison’s goals and interests are achieved. The FC is expected to address issues that go beyond the scope of regular daily activity. The FC is also expected to be a leader in the entire department by providing direction and support on a day-to-day basis. Must be well organized, an excellent communicator, and have a keen sense of timeliness in prioritizing personal and fleet activities.
