About this role
As the Shop Supervisor , you will supervise and lead our team of professional technicians on the shop floor. You will utilize your proven supervisory skills to provide leadership and coaching to mechanics of all experience levels. You will assist with trouble shooting and solving of mechanical problems as well as ensuring productivity and work quality goals are met. You will communicate with Planners, Operations, Drivers and other departments as necessary in order to make decisions and adjustments to the workload schedule.
