About this role
As the on-site Station Manager at Changi Airport, you are the face of Blacklane for our airline partners and supply network. You are responsible for the end-to-end quality of our chauffeur-driven services. This role combines rigorous on-ground auditing with proactive stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless, premium experience for every VIP guest.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
Quality & Audits: Perform regular on-ground audits and quality checks of chauffeurs, vehicles, and greeters.
Monitor and provide real-time training to ensure adherence to Blacklane’s premium standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the central point of contact at SIN for airline partners on all quality matters.
