About this role The Legal and Compliance (L&C) Technology & Transformation Team delivers process and technology innovation to drive operational scale for the Legal and Compliance department and implements solutions that reduce regulatory and reputational risk for BlackRock. The team provides business analysis, project management, business process reengineering, solution design, and change management for L&C's large and complex technology and AI initiatives. Role Description: The AI Agent Developer Associate will enable the L&C to achieve its AI strategy and drive scale and impact for the future.
