About this role

• Own functional design and delivery for Oracle Maintenance, operational assets, Facilities, Job Orders and GIS/Spatial processes within approved architecture. • Define asset/work-order/preventive-maintenance/service-history/vendor/planning processes and controls. • Define specialized job-order/service workflows, statuses, approvals, evidence and closure conditions. • Lead fit-gap and product-boundary decisions for Facilities between Oracle Maintenance/APEX baseline and Unifier FAM/specialist solutions. • Define GIS/Spatial requirements for asset visualization, location search, overlays, spatial analytics and location-based operational processes. • Coordinate authoritative asset/master-data ownership and avoid duplication between facilities, IT Asset and retained operational systems.…
