About this role

Job Purpose Own quality assurance across the Chamber’s web, mobile, enterprise applications and integrations. Establish automated regression coverage and provide clear testing evidence and release-readiness recommendations. Key Responsibilities • Test Planning: Define risk-based test strategies, plans, scenarios and requirements traceability for application changes and releases. • End-to-End Testing: Validate complete service journeys across portals, mobile applications, CRM, approvals, payments and external integrations. • Test Automation: Build and maintain reusable automated web, mobile and API regression suites. • Integration Testing: Validate API contracts, authentication, data mapping, failure handling, retries and duplicate-transaction prevention.…
