About this role

DEINE AUFGABEN THE WHAT Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere Metall-Liner. Jeder Umformschritt, jede Schweißnaht und jede bearbeitete Oberfläche, aus der ein Liner entsteht, liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich. Du übernimmst ein bestehendes Team, entwickelst es weiter und schaffst die Strukturen und Prozesse, die individuelle Leistung in eine leistungsfähige Serienproduktion überführen. Du verantwortest die Leistung deines Teams und die Weiterentwicklung der Metall-Liner-Fertigung. Du treibst Qualität, Durchsatz, Prozessreife und Teamentwicklung voran und stellst sicher, dass die Produktion niemals durch Engpässe aufseiten der Liner-Fertigung blockiert wird. Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung moderner Fertigungstechnologien für Metall-Liner und treibst diese voran.…
