DEINE AUFGABEN THE WHY To end COPV failure in spaceflight. Zuverlässige Produktion beginnt in der Werkstatt. Struktur, Verfügbarkeit und saubere Abläufe entscheiden über Performance. THE WHAT Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Werkstatt. Du stellst sicher, dass: - alles strukturiert, sauber und einsatzbereit ist - Werkzeuge und Materialien jederzeit verfügbar sind - der Betrieb im Alltag reibungslos läuft Das ist keine Führungsrolle.
