Benefits Coordinator (Hybrid)

A DAY IN THE LIFE The Benefits Coordinator is the operational face of Blattner’s benefits team — the dedicated resource that ensures day-to-day benefits administration is accurate, timely, and employee-focused. This role supports all lanes of the benefits team: retirement; health and welfare; well-being; leave administration and operations. FMLA eligibility determination is a distinct responsibility of this role — separate from case management, which remains with the Leave Advisor. STEP INTO THE ROLE Provides customer service by functioning as a liaison between Quanta and employees regarding benefit plans, responding timely to employee questions via emails, phone calls or ServiceNow requests.
