A DAY IN THE LIFE Administers the end to end purchasing cycle of equipment including executing purchase orders, scheduling and coordinating transport for these orders on/off the job site, executing lease agreements, expediting equipment and resolving quality and invoice issues. Ensures equipment lands at the lowest total cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source, and urgency of need. Leverages category strategies and manages supplier performance. Responsible for the tactical purchasing activities of assigned commodities while establishing and maintaining excellent vendor/customer relationships.…
