The Director of Construction is a readily available resource who provides leadership and develops other leaders mentoring and overall construction management direction in an assigned market segment or assigned projects. They enforce best practices, process utilization, quality, safety and risk management; and are a cultural manager by ensuring that the company’s fundamental values and beliefs are followed and maintained.
