A DAY IN THE LIFE Works in partnership with the Functional Leader, Business Unit Leader, or Business Process Owner to deliver business features using suitable technology. Possesses a strong desire to bring real world solutions to business needs, using some of the latest industry technologies that our end users and customers will love. Demonstrates a strong understanding of how to be a liaison between the business processes needs and technology, leveraging a Shared Service Model within IT to best support the business. Works directly with business leaders to vet, prioritize and deliver departmental and Enterprise-level features. Helps implement process improvement ideas stemming from business requests.
