A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Manager I – Solar Estimating , you'll lead the preconstruction estimating team through every stage of the bidding process, ensuring bid accuracy, technical compliance, and competitive pricing for utility-scale solar projects. You'll oversee the coordination of estimating procedures and preconstruction activities while partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, and Business Development to develop winning proposals. Your day moves between mentoring estimators, reviewing estimates, evaluating project risks and opportunities, and driving continuous improvements to preconstruction processes and systems.…
