Environmental Field Subconsultant (Phase I ESA / PCA) TX

We are expanding our network of skilled Field Professionals to support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA). This is a subcontractor opportunity within the commercial real estate due diligence industry, working alongside our full-time team on projects across the United States. As part of our approved Subconsultant Network, you will conduct onsite property inspections (“walk”) and prepare professional reports (“write”) in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
