About this role
We are looking to build our network of field professionals who specialize in Property Condition Assessments. This will be a subcontractor role, where you will work alongside our full-time staff to conduct various projects across the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity in the commercial real estate due diligence industry. Requirements Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus. 2+ years of experience in conducting property condition assessments. Experience using Quire.
