About this role

We’re looking for a reporter to dig into the Treasury and the IRS to break the biggest tax policy stories. You’ll write daily stories to longer-term enterprise diving into agency and regulatory changes and what they mean for companies, build sources across government and industry, and collaborate with reporters across the newsroom to land scoops. The right candidate has experience covering federal agencies or policy, a track record of developing sources and breaking news, and a desire to dig into regulatory issues.
