This role is responsible for identifying innovative market opportunities, building business cases to assess and prioritize new offerings, and maintaining a product roadmap. The role will work closely with teams across BCBSMA to develop products that meet customer needs and drive targeted business growth. This position is eligible for the Flex persona.
