RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB SUMMARY Develops the skill and ability required to operate critical manufacturing equipment that meets quality compliance with national food safety regulations. Under direct supervision, learns operational processes necessary to achieve production goals, targets, and opportunities for the entire production line. Upholds the core Blue Diamond Manufacturing tenants: Quality, Service, Performance and People. Learns, understands, and follows established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), policies and procedures, and safety procedures while performing all job duties.…
