About the role As a Senior Functional Solution Architect – SaaS Implementation , you'll ensure that our technical solutions align with customer needs while driving continuous improvement within the product and internal processes. This is a hands-on functional SaaS role focused on complex implementation solution design, configuration quality, troubleshooting and reusable standards. It is not a cloud-infrastructure, software-development or pure pre-sales position. The responsibilities are split into customer-focused and internal/product-focused areas.
