POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Director Respiratory Therapy, the Manager Respiratory Therapy provides technical, operational and administrative leadership for the department. This includes managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations for the BMC campus, working closely with Medical Directors to ensure staff are providing the highest clinical care, interfacing with key stakeholders across the hospital, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and contributing to setting and executing on annual goals and departmental strategy.…
